9 Days: Sunday, May 23-Monday, May 31, 2027

In 2027 we’ll return to Emilia-Romagna – a treasure trove for travelers seeking a blend of culture, gastronomy, and stunning landscapes. Known as the culinary heart of Italy, it boasts world-famous delicacies such as Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, balsamic vinegar from Modena, and rich ragu from Bologna. We’ve included a Prosciutto tasting and a cooking lesson in the private home of a chef in Bologna. Additionally, we’ve designed this holiday to give you plenty of opportunities to explore local cafes and restaurants. During our three-night stay in Parma we’ll explore the famed Palazzo della Pilotta – Parma’s great historic cultural complex and one of the city’s defining landmarks; taste delectable prosciutto; have lunch in a Benedictine Abbey refectory and visit two castles. Enjoy a guided visit of Modena and visit the famous Ferrari Museum during our transfer to Bologna for a two-night stay. Our guided tour of Bologna will highlight the essentials and include the Porticoes and the Quadrilatero Market.
